L'Eau
As a young toddler, if I was thirsty I would stand by the kitchen sink singing "L'eau, l'eau, l'eau, l'eau, l'eau, l'eau"............................on and on until some one came to quench my thirst.
Many decades later, my absolute favorite drink is Water.
As I write this listing, there is a glass of it right at hand.
Some years ago, I tried my hand at painting water on a bigger scale.
This painting was stashed away until I recently came across it again.
It is painted in oil
It is 15" x 30" on Creative Mark canvas board. This makes a statement!
This painting definitely needs a frame to enhance it.
The board bows a bit due to it's length but once framed with a backing, it is totally flat.
I have shown the painting against sofa pillows to give the painting's size a scale.
It has a modern flare - the closer you are to it - the more abstract it appears.
It is signed with title on the back of the painting.
An original oil painting - one of a kind. No prints exist.
