My backyard has several Triangle Palms which grow with a flat 3 sided trunk.
Once the palm branches fall away the trunk becomes round.
I was inspired to paint the close up section of the thick bark which weaves a beautiful design.
The colors "pop" after a rainstorm.
The image also has an abstract quality, if you do not know what you are observing.
