It is signed and titled on the back. Y. Wagner was etched into the wet paint on the left.

Heavenly Clouds is offered with a new custom, muted gold wood frame, as shown.
Overall frame size is 13" wide x 16" high x 1.5" deep. The depth of the frame is 1".
Since ordered custom frames are expensive, I seek out frames when they are discounted and pass the savings on to the buyer.
